Her career in the Logistics Industry spanned 25 years having gained experience in both sales and operations. Her journey began with freight forwarding and customs clearing services, and today encompasses the full spectrum of supply chain skills.

Jenny has a passion for all things sales – strategy, leadership, management, training, coaching and mentoring. Her sheer enjoyment of the “hunt” both as an individual and through the teams she has managed, has resulted in annual revenue achievements in excess of R 450 million.

Her focus was on winning strategic tenders as well as ensuring the retention and growth of the existing Client base. Solutions driven; she understands the true benefits of collaboration. By working in teams, she enabled outcomes that reduced costs, increased efficiencies and streamlined processes, reducing unnecessary waste throughout the Clients supply chains.

Over and above her ability to deliver results, Jenny’s advanced Sales and Leadership skills, combined with her superior people skills made her an integral part of the Executive Management Team at DSV/UTi and Rohlig Grindrod. In addition to this she led the Africa Region encompassing Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Road, Distribution and Supply Chain Services as part of the UTi and DSV Global Commercial Organizations.

She has successfully run P&L’s, and with over 200 people reporting to her, she has been involved, developed and implemented Incentive schemes, rolled out CRM systems, developed training programs and methodologies and managed sales and operations rewards events successfully.

She understands how to build long and short-term strategies to accomplish organizational goals and being a team player has successfully collaborated with diverse teams across the globe to deliver superior results.

Today she Heads up Sales and Marketing for NOC- No Ordinary Corporation- an all female 51% Black Owned Consulting Firm using her vast experience and passion for all things Sales to help Clients Grow their Businesses sustainably.

Interesting fact:  Jenny is a keen wildlife enthusiast, who has had a ride with a baboon, been chased by black rhino and had her car crunched by an elephant!
