Inside-out approach to Developing Leaders

 Task

More than one of NOC’s key clients (e.g. DSV, Surtees Group) require future leaders to be holistically developed from within their organisation.

 Action

NOC designed and implemented a 360 Degree Leadership Program that provided skills to help the identified individuals improve how they manage a) themselves, b) others (i.e. peers and subordinates) and c) upwards (i.e. their manager/leader).
