360 degree Leadership Program


Our clients, DSV and Surtees required us to develop their talent pool with a 360 degree Leadership Program.


Our goal was to develop leaders by providing skills to help them improve how they manage a) themselves b) others being peers and subordinates c) upward – their manager/leader.
