 Action

Our goal was to develop leaders by providing skills to help them improve how they manage a) themselves b) others being peers and subordinates c) upward – their manager/leader.

Feedback from delegates included: added confidence, learning to manage themselves better impacts on how they manage others; learning about leadership styles; skills to manage their manager, check-in to ensure they are not just mimicking their leaders style but developing their own one.
