Kasia has 17 years’ experience as a Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) and has worked with various Sector Education Training Authorities, including TETA, WRSETA, SSETA, merSETA, CHIETA, FASSET and ISETTHi.
In addition to her generalist HR skills, Kasia is a specialist when it comes to Leadership Project Management and has assisted over 200 Learners – many of them in the transport & logistics sector where the bulk of her work experience lies.

Graeme de Bruyn is a dedicated leadership and organizational development specialist with extensive cross-industry experience in corporate, government, and non-profit sectors. As a seasoned thought partner, program designer, implementer, facilitator, and team coach, he brings practical wisdom to management, leadership, and human development sciences.
With a strong background in executive leadership, Graeme has held key roles such as Organisational Development Lead, Head of Programmes, Managing Director, and Operations Head. He has provided strategic guidance in strengthening operational systems, risk management, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across functional areas. His expertise extends to leading major leadership initiatives, including his tenure as Managing Director of the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation (Namibia, Swaziland & Botswana) and as an advisory board member of the Allan Gray Centre for Leadership Ethics at Rhodes University.
Graeme’s academic background includes a Master of Management from the University of the Witwatersrand and a B.Ed Hon in Training and Learning from North-West University. He is also an elected Fellow of the Salzburg Global Seminar in Austria. Vanessa Whitehead has operated as an Executive and Entrepreneur in various local and International Organisations. Her experience spans over 25 years in Leadership, Human Resources, People Development, Operations and Consulting. She holds a BComm (Hons) degree in Industrial Psychology and Business Management. She is an internationally certified Meta Coach and Psychometrist.
Vanessa started her career in Human Resources and Training at Robertson’s (Pty) Ltd and has subsequently worked with other leading organisations including inter alia: – Barloworld Equipment (CAT), UTi (now DSV), Cadbury-Schweppes, RTT(Pty)Ltd, HL Halls and Sons and Nedcor.
As part of Executive teams, she has worked with Leaders and Individuals to transform company’s structures, systems, culture, style and bottom line.
In 2012 Vanessa re-started a boutique Human Capital Consulting Firm – Altitude-SA. In 2016 she partnered with other like-minded individuals to form No Ordinary Corporation and subsequently merged the two companies. Vanessa currently serves as Managing Director for No Ordinary Corporation (Pty) Ltd, a B-BBEE level 2, all woman owned Consulting and Transformation company.
Her passion ensures that people and organisations understand their purpose and unleash their potential to achieve superior performance. She works with organisations from the inside-out helping transform corporates, entrepreneurs and individuals alike.
Interesting fact: Vanessa LOVES to learn. Anything that involves researching, reading & studying. As a child her family called her “Bennie Bookworm” and as an adult, her husband calls her “Mrs Google”. Given more time & money, she would happily be a full-time student and definitely plans to still be studying even when she is a Grandmother one day.
Adele Hall’s professional life is defined by three very different, but significant areas:
- The first chapter of her career (spanning approximately 13 years) she operated in the accounting field, holding various positions and while working in this field, completed a BCompt degree majoring in Accounting and Auditing. Her defining role came in Hannover Re where she led a large team whom were responsible for the implementation of incredible systems and delivery of unprecedented results. This is where she learnt about processes, being focused, delivering to deadlines, travelling internationally, people management, and unlocking the best in people.
- The second chapter (spanning approximately 11 years) – brought about a complete change in career. She spent these wonderful years travelling the world and learning all about personal and interpersonal leadership as well as organisational development, this from the best in the world.
- Adele is now intimately involved in the world of transformation within various organisations using the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Codes as the main driver. Positions she has held in this space are Director responsible for Transformation at UTi (now DSV), the Vice President and Head of Transformation at Saab Grintek Defence, and currently, she is a shareholder and Director at No Ordinary Corporation (NOC). These have been exciting and liberating years for Adele, engaging with organizations in meaningful and deliberate ways to bring about real transformation.

- Alcon Marepha (Pty) Ltd – A cable and conductor manufacturer (Generic 100% Black Owned entity): Non-Executive Chairperson. I have held a Non-Executive role in this incredible organization for the past 16 years.
- YeboYethu Limited – A public company incorporated for the specific purpose of acquiring an interest in Vodacom Group: Non-Executive Director. I have held this role since May 2013.
- Erah Signs (Pty) Ltd – A 100% Black majority woman owned signage company: Non-Executive Director. I have held this role for approximately 3 years.
- No Ordinary Corporation (Pty) Ltd – A consulting firm providing people and business solutions to various industries focusing on Transformation and Human Capital solutions (BEE Level 2, 51% Black Female Owned): Executive Director. My business partner and I started this company in 2016.
- The National Burn Association of South Africa – This is a non-profit organization that focuses on the rehabilitation of burn survivors, assisting them to reintegrate into the economy. I have been a Director with NBASA for approximately 6 years.
- The SA Music Competition Trust – One of my great loves is choral singing. This Trust’s purpose is to unite and rehabilitate communities through singing. I am a founding member of the Trust, established 5 years ago.
Interesting fact: Adele LOVES to sing. She feels she was born to sing. She sings in 3 choral choirs, is in the leadership on one, and participates in mass choir productions, uniting communities through song. She’s been singing in church choirs since the age of 8.
