This one-day program will offer leadership from various organisations and across multiple industries, the opportunity to discuss and brainstorm the impact that the generational divide can have on an organisation. We will discuss key theories in how to manage these differences in the workplace and identify techniques and strategies to enable you to engage with and unlock the potential of each age group.
