Graeme de Bruyn is a dedicated leadership and organizational development specialist with extensive cross-industry experience in corporate, government, and non-profit sectors. As a seasoned thought partner, program designer, implementer, facilitator, and team coach, he brings practical wisdom to management, leadership, and human development sciences.
With a strong background in executive leadership, Graeme has held key roles such as Organisational Development Lead, Head of Programmes, Managing Director, and Operations Head. He has provided strategic guidance in strengthening operational systems, risk management, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across functional areas. His expertise extends to leading major leadership initiatives, including his tenure as Managing Director of the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation (Namibia, Swaziland & Botswana) and as an advisory board member of the Allan Gray Centre for Leadership Ethics at Rhodes University.
Graeme’s academic background includes a Master of Management from the University of the Witwatersrand and a B.Ed Hon in Training and Learning from North-West University. He is also an elected Fellow of the Salzburg Global Seminar in Austria.
