Employee Survey to drive improved Company Culture

 Task
  • RTT wanted to identify key people and business changes needed to improve its culture and the focus of the organisation. Following that, they wanted to establish an HR strategy and develop an employee value proposition.
 Action
  • NOC designed and managed the national rollout of an Employee Relations Survey for RTT and provided the necessary analysis and interpretation to enable the development of a compelling employee value proposition. NOC further assisted RTT by identifying key HR programs and helping them align their HR strategy to their business strategy.

RTT had a Employee Value Proposition that resonated with their staff and defined associated behaviours to drive the desired company culture. Key HR projects were mapped out to support this and maintenance of the process was handed back to their HR team to implement.
