Employee Survey to drive improved Company Culture

  • RTT wanted to identify key people and business changes needed to improve its culture and the focus of the organisation. Following that, they wanted to establish an HR strategy and develop an employee value proposition.
  • NOC designed and managed the national rollout of an Employee Relations Survey for RTT and provided the necessary analysis and interpretation to enable the development of a compelling employee value proposition.
